POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY, Iowa — One person was killed in a crash on Interstate 80 Thursday morning. The crash happened near a construction zone outside of the town of Weston. LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Prosecutors have struck a deal with the man who shot and killed 18-year-old Julian Martinez after an argument in 2023. Lancaster County Judge Susan Strong found 30-year-old Armon Rejai guilty on one count of second-degree murder on Monday. He pled no contest to the charge.
