Man Arrested for Property Destruction with Shovel and Post Hole Digger
A man in Arlington, Mario Tellez, was arrested for damaging two residences with a shovel and a post hole digger. The first incident was reported on June 1st when a caller reported an unknown male attempting to break into their residence using a shovel, which was caught on Ring doorbell footage. Tellez was quickly detained and charged with felony destruction of property and breaking and entering. The victim's residence had a shattered window, destroyed lock, and scattered paving bricks. BETHESDA, MD – The Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Patrol Investigations Unit is probing a series of inappropriate touching incidents along the Trolley Trail between Edson Lane and Tuckerman Lane. The suspect, who was caught on video, reportedly harassed women in the neighborhood adjacent to the trail.
