Lake Mills City Council president, vice president reinstated
LAKE MILLS — City Council President Liesa Kerler and Vice President Greg Waters were elected to their positions on Tuesday, April 16 after receiving the only nomination for their respective roles. This will be Kerler’s second year governing the council. Waters immediately began his role as Vice President at the meeting, taking over for former Vice President Catherine Bishop, who filed non-candidacy papers last December. “Thank you, everyone,” Kerler said after reclaiming her chair. “I appreciate the opportunity to serve as president for another year, and I appreciate your confidence in me.
