The Tam's kicked off the 2024 Downtown Live concert series in Downtown Statesboro on Thursday, April 8, 2024. A huge crowd of Statesboro and Bulloch County citizens filled the streets and lawn of the Bulloch County Courthouse for the kickoff concert. Grice Connect is proud to join other local businesses, partnering with the City, as a significant corporate sponsor for the 2024 Downtown Live concert series. Bulloch High School Students: Register for Graduation Performance Academy by June 3
Current high school students who need to make up required academic course credits are invited to apply for the summer session of the Graduation Performance Academy by June 3. Bulloch County Schools' Graduation Performance Academy will aid students in grades 9-12, during a summer session June 3 through July 12. Interested students may speak with their high school counselor and then apply online at bullochschools.org/gpa. A flyer is also attached. The free, self-paced session uses a familiar computer-based platform, Edgenuity, with the support of certified teachers from the school district. City of Statesboro selected for the GICH Senior Year Program
The City of Statesboro is proud to announce it has been selected as an inaugural community of GICH Senior Program from the Georgia Department of Communities Affairs. The Department of Communities Affairs announced the recipients during the Spring GICH Retreat in Tifton, Georgia on April 17, 2024. The City of Statesboro was originally approved to participate in the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing in October of 2019.
