Lancaster apartments ​for rent saw price increases since last September

Renters in Lancaster saw apartment listing prices increase 13% from September 2025's median of $1,100, an analysis of new data from rental marketplace Zumper shows. The typical apartment listed for rent at $1,245 in September. Median listing prices in Lancaster are trending 4% upwards from the previous month's $1,200 price. The data covers all bedroom sizes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, within the specified metropolitan area. It reflects the median rent for all listings that were active at any given point during the month, according to Russell Middleton, co-founder of Zumper.
