Franklin County – Man Hit by Several Cars on US-23 Found Dead
Franklin County – Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that occurred around 9 pm on Wednesday night. According to Columbus Police a man was struck by a possible older model Chevrolet Truck heading North on High Street (US-23) in the area of 3232 South High when the man was hit and left on the roadway. Police reported that several other cars then hit the man.
Five charged for gang crimes
COLUMBUS – Three men are under arrest while two others remain at large after a crackdown on gang activities in two Northeast Side neighborhoods, Columbus police said. The five were indicted March 10 by a Franklin County Grand Jury on a total of 63 felony counts of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, as well as drug and weapons violations.
