COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio lieutenant who was fatally shot during a training exercise last month was struck just above his bulletproof vest, according to an autopsy report. According to Rodney Osborne's autopsy report from the Franklin County Coroner's Office, the bullet struck him in the chest. The bullet was found in the back portion of the vest.
