TROY, N.Y. (WRGB) — An assault investigation is underway in Troy after a stabbing sent one man to the hospital with serious injuries. Troy Police detectives said the incident happened shortly after midnight Sunday at the I Love NY Pizza on 4th Street. One man reportedly stabbed another man during an argument.
Albany Police investigating after teen found with gunshot wounds at basketball court
ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — Albany Police are investigating a shooting that sent a 17-year-old to the hospital Saturday. According to a release, officers responded to the area of Lark Drive and Manning Boulevard at approximately 11:25 p.m. for reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers said they found a 17-year-old male at the basketball courts with gunshot wounds to his leg, abdomen and hand. He was reportedly treated on scene by emergency medical personnel, and taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Albany man charged with assault after alleged parking dispute
ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — An Albany man has been charged in connection with an assault that police said happened Saturday evening. According to a release, officers responded to the area of Delaware Avenue and Stanwix Street at approximately 5:05 p.m. for reports of an assault. Upon arrival, officers said they found a 74-year-old man with injuries to his face. The victim reportedly told officers that a verbal altercation between the victim and the suspect over a parking issue happened before police arrived on scene.

BURNT HILLS, N.Y. (WRGB) — No injuries were reported after house fire in Burnt Hills Friday night. Burnt Hills Fire Department Chief Greg Bradtke said that units arrived on scene to find a residence that was 25% engulfed in flames on Lake Hill Road, between Saratoga and Kingsley Roads.
