Two injured in overnight shooting in Troy
TROY, N.Y. (WRGB) — Troy Police are investigating a shooting that injured two people on 4th Street near Madison Street early Sunday morning. Authorities said that Troy Police Department Patrol Officers responded to the reported shooting around 1 a.m., and found two victims that had been hit by gunfire. In a social media post, police said that they were initially told the victims had serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Standoff on Swayze: Hours of negotiation end with arrest in Latham

A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Monday at 5:42 a.m. for dense fog until 9 a.m. for Albany, Rensselaer, Greene, Columbia, Ulster and Dutchess counties. "Patchy dense fog this morning will lead to reduced visibilities during the Monday morning commute and motorists are urged to allow extra travel time to arrive to their destinations this morning. Also motorists should allow extra distance between you and other vehicles as visibilities may drop suddenly. Fog should diminish by 8 to 9am this morning," according to the weather service.

Average gasoline prices in Albany have fallen 1.3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.71/g Monday, according to GasBuddy's survey of 546 stations in Albany.
