State Police arrest three people for allegedly driving drunk with children in the vehicle
State Police have arrested three people recently for allegedly driving while intoxicated with children in their vehicles. Andrew P. Smith, 36, of Troy, was stopped on Hoosick Street in Brunswick around 12:30 a.m. on July 21. He was taken to the State Police station, where he recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.27%. – over three times the legal limit. In addition, police said Smith’s license is revoked because of a previous DWI conviction.

TROY, NY (July 26) – Mayor Carmella Mantello announced today that Moody’s Investor Service gave an A1 rating for the City of Troy’s new $8 million in Public Improvement (Serial) Bonds, which are subject to reimbursement.
