Glens Falls police arrested an 18-year-old woman five times between Aug. 17 and September 15 in the Downtown area. Katerina Hoffman, 18, of Glens Falls, has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of third-degree Criminal Mischief and fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, most resulting from damage to area businesses and other properties.

Police: Greenwich man drove drunk with child in car
A 70-year-old Washington County man is facing charges for allegedly driving while intoxicated with a child in his vehicle. State Police stopped Kenneth L. Hill, of Easton, at about 2 p.m. on Sept. 26 on Route 29 in Greenwich. A child under the age of 16 was in the car, according to a news release.
