Jahmeshia Patterson, Festus Track Speedster is Athlete of the Week
(FESTUS) Jahmeshia Patterson a freshman on the Festus girls track and field team is this week’s Regional Radio/Applebee’s of Farmington Athlete of the Week. At the recent JCAA Conference Track Meet, Patterson was named the conference MVP after scoring 36 points. She won the 100m dash, and her time was good enough to break a 30-plus-year-old conference record in the event. Patterson also took first in the 200m dash and finished second in both the 100m hurdles and long jump.
