Police investigating homicide after woman found dead in North County home
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) - Police are investigating after a woman was found dead inside a home in North County Sunday afternoon. St. Louis County Police said they responded to a call for a deceased person in a home in the 10500 block of Earl Drive just before 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Man killed, another seriously injured in I-44 crash with abandoned vehicle
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) - One man was killed and another injured in a crash with an abandoned truck on I-44 in St. Louis County Saturday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Thomas Brennecke, 31, was killed in the crash that happened on westbound I-44 near South Lindbergh Boulevard just after 5 p.m. on Saturday. The driver of the vehicle was seriously injured.

Texas Man Sentenced for Transporting Cocaine
EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – Henry Garcia-Blanco, a 28-year-old resident of Irving, Texas, has been sentenced to four years and nine months in federal prison for transporting one kilogram of cocaine to Illinois. Along with the prison term, he has also been ordered to serve three years of supervised release.

Two people shot while driving in St. Louis in separate incidents
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) - Two people were shot on St. Louis highways just hours apart from each other in separate incidents. Police said a 27-year-old woman was shot on I-70 near Madison Friday at 5 p.m. The woman told police that a man in a Nissan Altima was driving recklessly and was tailgating her. She then told police that she sped up to try to flee from the man when he flourished a gun at her. According to police, the man drove to the woman’s driver-side door and fired one shot that hit her in both legs.
