Sartell man killed in crane accident in Waite Park
(Waite Park, MN) -- Authorities in Stearns County say a Sartell man is the victim of a fatal workplace accident in Waite Park. Police say a large crane was being assembled Tuesday when it fell from an elevated workstation and struck 38-year-old Dylan Barthel, pinning him underneath. Officers say Barthel died at the scene. The medical examiner determined that Barthel died of multiple blunt force injuries. Minnesota OSHA (OH'-shuh) was called in to investigate.
