Huntsville man who sold fatal dose of Fentanyl to Moberly man pleads guilty
A Randolph County man charged with contributing to a Fentanyl overdose death pleads guilty. Kyle Hummel, 37, of Huntsville, was arrested in March and charged with second-degree murder and delivery of a controlled substance. But according to court records, the murder charge was dismissed earlier this month, and Hummel pleaded guilty to the drug charge. No word yet on when he’ll be sentenced.
