A Randolph County teen escapes with minor injuries when she strikes the back of an Amish horse-drawn buggy in neighboring Macon County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Sarah Dowling, 19, of Moberly, was driving on Highway 63 just south of Macon on Sunday morning when she struck the buggy from behind.
