WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The WXII 12 First Warning Weather Team is tracking a developing storm system that will raise the rain chance in the Carolinas this weekend. Sunny days will give way to more clouds and a wetter weather pattern. High pressure will move off the east coast on Friday, allowing a cold front to approach from the west. Remains of missing man found in Stokes County; another charged with murder
