ACC Basketball: Top 10 returning players to watch for 2024-25 season
2023-24 Averages: 18 PTS, 4.1 REB, 2.5 AST, 48.7 FG%. After deciding to run it back one more season at Wake Forest, Hunter Sallis is primed for a huge year alongside a solid supporting cast for the Demon Deacons. Sallis can score all over the floor with great athleticism and quickness leading to high-flying dunks and active plays on the defensive end. The former First-Team All-ACC guard remains one of the most underrated players nationally and I would not be surprised if he winds up winning Player-of-the-Year in the ACC when the awards are handed out in March.

Wake Forest focusing on reaching standard again
Charlotte — (WLOS) Wake Forest played its first football game before the turn of the 20th century, dating back to 1888. In that almost 140 year history the Demon Deacons have reached just seventeen bowl games. That doesn't lead you to believe that the postseason is an expectation; however, seven of those came in a row under Dave Clawson from 2016 to 2022.
