Juvenile in custody after assault at Clemmons Middle
CLEMMONS — A juvenile was taken into custody after deputies said that they struck another student in the head with a laptop computer at Clemmons Middle School. The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office initially began to investigate after their school resource officers were notified of an aggravated assault that had taken place at the middle school, according to a release from the sheriff’s office. Deputies reportedly learned during the investigation that a student had purposefully struck another student in the head with a laptop computer, injuring them.
