WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A woman is facing charges after hundreds of people were on the scene of a fight in Winston-Salem. Winston-Salem police said around 6:40 p.m., Tuesday officers were called to the 1800 block of North Patterson Avenue about a fight with weapons.
