Dunkin' Donuts to open at site of former Sears Auto Center

ONTARIO ― A new Dunkin' Donuts shop is set to open at the site of the former Sears Auto Center in June outside The Ontario Center, according to Ontario Mayor Josh Bradley. Three other businesses are planned at the strip mall off Lexington-Springmill Road at 627 Richland Mall. The city approved a demolition permit from Brandon Shull of S&S Hauling & Excavating of Fremont to remove the structure and foundation for the new Dunkin Donuts, according to the application. Adam Gessling of Janota & Herner of Monroeville is the project manager, according to the application.
