The following restaurant inspections with critical violations were conducted by Richland Public Health between April 9 and April 16:. ● Mansfield Christian Elementary School, 500 Logan Road, Mansfield, April 9. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging and segregation (critical). During inspection, serving station was observed unattended (staff getting chicken patties out of oven and other staff washing hands) as counter full of trays with lunches set out on countertop subject to sneeze, splash, dirt and dust while students wait in line. Sneeze guard should be installed or procedure should be changed by not putting out lunches all at once or having employee staff monitor lunches as they sit on the counter. Correct by May 14. TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature (critical, corrected during inspection). Tossed salads in high school cooler registered 46 and 49 degrees.
