4th sentenced in Davenport robbery that ended in fatal shooting
The fourth person accused in a case of a 2020 Davenport robbery that ended in a homicide was sentenced Friday in Scott County Court. DeMarcus Liddell, 37, of Coal Valley, was sentenced to a total of up to 20 years after he earlier pleaded guilty to charges of voluntary manslaughter and second-degree robbery. Judge Henry Latham presided during the sentencing hearing, where several people came to support Liddell.
