Handwashing sink not accessible (critical, corrected during inspection). Hand wash sink had milk in sink well. Employee removed milk and discarded container. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness (critical, corrected). Observed no quat sanitizer in three-compartment sink mixer. Manager adjusted mixer and quat was at sufficient amount. TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature (critical, corrected). Observed milk in walk-in cooler being stored at 53 degrees. Employee discarded milk during inspection.
