These restaurant inspections with critical violations were conducted by Richland Public Health between April 18 and April 24:. ● In-N-Out Mart #103, 300 N. Mulberry St., Mansfield, April 18. Handwashing sink not accessible (critical, corrected during inspection). Hand wash sink had milk in sink well. Employee removed milk and discarded container. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness (critical, corrected). Observed no quat sanitizer in three-compartment sink mixer. Manager adjusted mixer and quat was at sufficient amount. TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature (critical, corrected). Observed milk in walk-in cooler being stored at 53 degrees. Employee discarded milk during inspection.

BUTLER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKEF) -- The Butler Township Police are currently looking for a critical missing person. 24-year-old Duquan Lee Hines and goes by “Quan” is six-feet, one-inch tall, weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has black hair in an afro, brown eyes, a short black beard, and glasses.
Commissioners OK proclamation warning of marijuana use
The Richland County commissioners are taking part in an effort to “preserve and protect the county’s up-standing quality of life and the strength and integrity of the community” by voting Tuesday to approve a resolution declaring April as “National Cannabis Awareness Month.” The resolution was submitted by Benjamin Mutti, a Lexington resident who has been campaigning against the legalization and use of marijuana and promoting awareness of drug-related issues for a number of years.
