Akron parents charged with child endangerment in death of 6-year-old
The parents of a 6-year-old who died suddenly last week have been charged with felony child endangering in Akron Municipal Court. Emmalee R. Huston and William L. Huston, both 31, were scheduled to be arraigned on the third-degree felony charges Wednesday. Their cases will likely be referred to a Summit County Grand Jury for potential indictment into common pleas court. An attorney for the couple could not be identified and they could not be reached for comment Tuesday.
