Lebanon firefighters quickly extinguish fire underneath home
LEBANON, Ore. – Firefighters quickly attacked a fire that broke out underneath a Lebanon home on Wednesday evening, according to the Lebanon Fire District. LFD officials said that fire crews responded on April 25 to a house fire that was reported in the 100 block of Taylor Street. Initial reports indicated that the fire was coming from vents in the residence’s kitchen and preliminary investigation confirmed smoke coming from the building, according to fire authorities. District officials said that firefighters executed an initial offensive attack through the home’s front entrance but personnel quickly determined that the fire was located underneath the home.
