NBA World Rips Referees Over Controversial Anthony Edwards Call

The NBA world is not happy after a referee called a questionable technical foul on Anthony Edwards in Game 1 of the Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Denver Nuggets NBA Playoffs series.

With 1:15 left in the third quarter, Edwards spun around Nuggets guard Reggie Jackson and hit a layup to make the score 73-68, capping off a nine-to-one run for Minnesota.

Following the play, Edwards was called for a technical foul for staring down Jackson. No words were said by Edwards and the NBA on TNT commentators were not happy with the call.

NBA fans were not pleased with it either and took to social media to rip the referees.
