Three charged for high-speed chase involving children
Shamokin, Pa. — Three people were charged after they drove at high speeds through Shamokin with three young children. Darwin Sanchez, 23, of Shamokin, was pulled over on March 13 after a police officer observed him traveling at a high rate of speed and blowing through several stop signs on Shamokin Street. Sanchez had several passengers in his vehicle, including three young children and Savanna Johnson, 22, of Coal Township, according to the affidavit. ...

Police seek information on incident at Walmart
Selinsgrove, Pa. — Police are seeking information regarding an incident at the Selinsgrove Walmart store in which an 8-year-old boy was hurt. Trp. Jeffery Tice of state police at Selinsgrove said at 10:20 p.m. May 10, two juvenile males threw a large rubber ball to each other across the aisles.
