ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man is accused of carjacking a person who gave him a ride. According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the theft happened on March 27 in the 2900 block of California Avenue, located in the Benton Park West neighborhood.
