5 Best Restaurants in Syracuse, New York You Need to Try Before Everyone Else Finds Them
Syracuse, New York — a city where the wind off Onondaga Lake carries the scent of salt and memory, where red-brick warehouses stand shoulder to shoulder with art deco theaters, and where the laughter of students, the wisdom of old-timers, and the dreams of newcomers mingle in the morning air. Local entrepreneur to open new restaurant at former Metro's site According to Weitsman, keeping the location active and present is critical for the Owego community, which he said looked to Metro’s as a go-to for special events, birthdays and affordable weeknight meals. "I've been going to Metro's since I was a kid here, and it's still really close to where I work in Owego," said Weitsman. "When it came up, I thought
