BELCHERTOWN — The Granby Bow & Gun Club maintains that it is not responsible for a stray bullet that hit a Belchertown resident’s home in March. The club’s president, Ryan Downing, who signed a letter that he read at a Select Board meeting on Monday, said that the club did its own preliminary investigation of the shooting and found that it was not responsible for errant bullets.
