New ShopRite opening in South Plainfield hiring for 200 jobs
The new ShopRite in South Plainfield which is expected to open next month is looking to fill hundreds of full- and part-time positions. The state-of-the-art supermarket, currently under construction in the Hadley Commons Plaza, 6781 Hadley Road, is looking to hire an additional 200 employees ahead of the store’s anticipated opening this spring. Applications are being accepted for positions including bookkeeper, cake decorator, manager, cashiers, clerks and other team members for departments across the store.

Arts in Bloom Spring Festival Set for Downtown Plainfield on Saturday
PLAINFIELD, NJ — The Plainfield Special Improvement District will hold this year's spring festival, called Arts in Bloom, on Saturday, April 27, from 10:30am until 4pm on North Avenue by the Plainfield Train Station.
