Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green does not think the New York Knicks can win an NBA title this year, and his reasoning is questionable.

The Knicks, led by Jalen Brunson, are having one of their best seasons in recent memory. They head into the second round of the NBA Playoffs as the second seed after bouncing the Philadelphia 76ers in round one.

Brunson has averaged an astounding 35.5 points per game this postseason to go along with 9.0 assists per game. But Draymond thinks he is the reason why the Knicks won't win a title.

On the most recent episode of " The Draymond Green Show ," Green stated why he thinks Brunson will hold the Knicks back.

"A ball dominant Jalen Brunson ain't gonna get you to the promised land," Green said, "However, Jalen Brunson, as I've told you, already had respect from me. He's earned it more and more. Earning more and more respect."

Brunson and the Knicks will take on the Indiana Pacers in Game 1 on Monday, May 6th, at 7:30 PM EST.
