Expect a more aggressive Anthony Edwards in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.

The Timberwolves forward spoke with reporters ahead of the pivotal game and vowed to look for his shot more often in a must-win game against the Mavericks.

"Y'all going to see," he told ESPN's Dave McMenamin. "It's going to be a lot of shots," he continued, adding, "I'm going to be super aggressive."

Dallas leads the best-of-seven series 2-0, having won the first two games on the road. No team in NBA history has ever come back from a 0-3 series deficit, increasing the importance of Sunday's game for the Timberwolves.

Games 1 and 2 were decided by a combined four points, but Minnesota hasn't gotten the best version of Edwards.

He's averaging 20 points per game while shooting an ugly 33.3 percent from the court. He's second on the team in shot attempts in the series (33), only trailing big Karl-Anthony Towns (36), who is also struggling with a 27.8 shooting percent.

More important than Edwards being more aggressive is his being more effective on the shots he takes.

Tip-off for Game 3 is 8 p.m. ET on TNT.
