Man found shot to death in west Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ (AZFamily) — A man has died after he was found shot to death in west Phoenix on Friday afternoon. According to authorities, officers were called out to an area near 103rd Avenue and Payson Road, south of Lower Buckeye Road, for reports of a man lying on the road bleeding. As officers arrived on the scene just after 1 p.m., they found the man had been shot. Firefighters attempted to save him, but he died at the scene.
