Ann Arbor deli damaged by kitchen fire
ANN ARBOR, MI -- Crews were called to an Ann Arbor deli on Monday for a fire in the kitchen. A kitchen fire at Ahmo’s Gyros & Deli, 2505 Dexter Ann Arbor Road, will likely impact the business for several weeks, said the Ann Arbor Fire Department in a release on social media.

ANN ARBOR, MI – Nature-lovers are invited to spend a day celebrating the Huron River with food, music and free activities with a focus on river conservation. Huron River Day will kick off for the 44th year on May 19. Two river enthusiasts began the celebration back in 1980 to get people to visit and learn about the river, which serves as a drinking water source, a place for recreation and a home for wildlife, according to Pam Labadie with the Huron River Watershed Council.
