HEISE — Officials have partially reopened Heise Road, but weather experts say there is a chance for additional heavy rainfall that could cause more mudslides on Friday. HEISE — A road closure has been ordered due to mudslides caused by heavy rainfall in Jefferson County on Thursday afternoon.
