Pocatello man gets probation for displaying gun in front of children
POCATELLO — A man who pleaded guilty to injuring a child has been ordered to serve probation. Justin Eugene Stewart, 35, entered the guilty plea to the felony charge after reaching a plea agreement with the Bannock County Prosecutor’s Office, court records show. In exchange, additional felony charges for second-degree kidnapping and aggravated assault were dismissed.
