Pocatello Receives $1.6 Million Grant for Rainey Park Stream Restoration and Wetland Creation
The City of Pocatello has received a grant of over $1.6 million from the WaterSMART Environmental Water Resources program. The Bureau of Reclamation announced this on November 15. The grant will fund the Rainey Park Stream Restoration and Wetland Creation project, a key part of the Portneuf River Vision. The project will start in July 2025 and finish in May 2026.
