ROSSBURG, OH – The jubilation following a hard-fought victory is one of the most satisfying experiences in all of sport. However, the celebration displayed by Justin Grant in the immediate moments after his USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship score on Saturday night at Ohio’s Eldora Speedway was certainly one that won’t soon be forgotten.
Fourth annual Taste of the Shrine planned
MARIA STEIN – The Maria Stein Shrine will host the fourth annual Taste of the Shrine on Thursday, May 23, from 5-8 p.m. The event will give attendees the opportunity to enjoy the historic beauty and charm of the Shrine. Enjoy fellowship while sampling some of the finest food and drink available in God’s country. This event is held in the Shrine Courtyard. Participating vendors include Brew Nation Smokehouse, Bella’s Italian Grille, Do Good Restaurant, also joining us this year the Deli Bar(n). Adult beverages from GR8 Vines Winery, Winery at Versailles, Lake Rat Brewing and Moeller Brew Barn.

AUGLAIZE COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - In Auglaize County, the Wapakoneta Area Ministerial Association held its annual Day of Prayer celebration outside of the fire station. The religious leaders from the different Wapakoneta churches took turns saying prayers for nine segments of our country, like the military, families, and the church itself. But even though they come from different religious backgrounds, they are unified when it comes to praying over where they live.

HOUSTON — Hardin-Houston Local School fifth and sixth graders are two of the top Destination Imagination teams in the state and have qualified to go to the Global Finals.
