Marietta Man Accused of Child Molestation
A Marietta man is accused of child molestation. Christian Gutierrez, 28, is accused of molesting a 15-year-old on March 11 between 9:30 and 10:03 p.m. at a Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. Gutierrez is charged with two counts of child molestation felony. He was arrested March 12 at 1:45 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records. Gutierrez remains in custody without bond.
