LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers are now down 2-0 to the Denver Nuggets following a shocking Game 2 of the NBA Playoffs first round.

The game ended in a wild Jamal Murray game-winning shot as time expired.

Even with the loss, LeBron James still had a stellar performance. He recorded 26 points on 9/19 shooting, eight rebounds, and 12 assists.

In the third quarter, the Lakers had a commanding 20-point lead, but that all came crashing down as the Nuggets, led by Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, stormed back to seal the win. Los Angeles now faces a must-win situation going into Game 3.

Following the game, LeBron sat down for his post-game interview. His response to a question regarding blowing their huge lead was surprising. " 20-point leads in this league are not safe, especially against the defending champion...We had our chances. "

Game 3 between the Nuggets and Lakers will be on Thursday, April 25 at 10:00 PM EST.
