Jimmy Butler's Random Diss Led to Josh Hart Posting the Perfect Meme Reaction

Due to a knee injury, Jimmy Butler did not play in the Miami Heat's first-round playoff series against the Boston Celtics.

If he had, though, Butler believes the Heat would be on to the Eastern Conference semifinals instead of preparing for the offseason. In a video that's since gone viral on social media, Butler recently claimed that if he'd played, Miami would've beaten both Boston and New York in the postseason.

"If I was playing, Boston would be at home," Butler said in the video. "New York damn sure would be at home."

The Miami Heat veteran was then asked about Knicks small forward Josh Hart, to which he promptly responded, "What the f--- does that mean to me? Josh Hart, what?”

Butler and the Knicks have history - just last season, Miami defeated New York in the East semifinals as the No. 8 seed in the conference. The Heat would go on to make the NBA Finals, where they'd ultimately fall to Denver in five games.

This year's postseason run, unfortunately, didn't go the same way for Miami. And while Butler may feel his injury played a major factor, the one player on the other side of his diss - Josh Hart - is simply wondering why his name had to be involved.

The Knicks veteran posted a hilarious reaction to Butler's comments on his Instagram story Saturday, referencing this old viral video .

    Take a look:

It's nice to see that Hart didn't appear too bothered by Butler's seemingly random call out.

He and the Knicks will continue preparing for their second-round playoff matchup against Indiana. Game 1 will tip off Monday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
