Mark Pope continues to prove doubters wrong at Kentucky so far, especially in recruiting.

Pope added two more transfers from the portal on Wednesday in the form of former Dayton guard Koby Brea and former West Virginia guard Kerr Kriisa. Brea was the best three-point shooter in the country last season, making 49.8% of his attempts from deep.

Other recent portal additions include Lamont Butler Jr. (San Diego State), Amari Williams (Drexel), Brandon Garrison (Ok. State) and Andrew Carr (Wake Forest). Both Butler and Williams have won Defensive Player of the Year in their respective conferences.

The job that Pope has done in recruiting at Kentucky in such a short time is impressive. Kentucky writer Kyle Tucker pointed out that Pope has secured eight scholarship players for the Wildcats in less than three weeks.

"Make it zero to eight scholarship players in less than three weeks for Mark Pope and Kentucky." Tucker said.

Kentucky fans from all over flocked to social media to celebrate Pope. Drake even made an appearance in the middle of his beef with Kendrick Lamar.

"Mark Pope converting the non-believers." a fan said.

Plenty of gifs were used to show appreciation for the work Pope has done thus far.

"All of BBN to Mark Pope right now." one fan said.

Tucker also made a post showing the quality of transfers Pope has brought in.

One fan used a clip of a wrestler in the WWE to show his gratitude.

"Mark Pope beating the 'can't recruit' allegations." they said.

Kentucky fans were feeling really good about the roster on Wednesday, especially Beezy Garner.

"Lamont Butler~Kerr Kriisa~Otega Oweh~Koby Brea~Collin Chandler~Travis Perry Amari Williams~Andrew Carr~Brandon Garrison Jaxson Robinson + another Big at the top of the remaining wish list," Garner said. "But, man, you really can’t ask for a much better roster for Mark Pope on May 1st."

Some looked for fans to offer Pope an apology after some questioned the Kentucky coach on the ability to recruit.

"In three weeks on the job - Mark Pope has put together a Top 10-15 roster, that can score, shoot and defend at an elite level. And it's filled with upperclassmen who come from winning programs," they said. "Anyone who questioned this man's recruiting owe him a MAJOR apology."

One Wildcats fan went ahead and predicted that Brea will be like former BYU star Jimmer Fredette in Pope's offense.

This gif of internet sensation SupahHotFire really shows how Kentucky fans were feeling.

Pope has yet to coach a game yet at Kentucky but may have already won over the fanbase.
