The Kansas City Chiefs cannot seem to avoid drama, controversy, and turmoil lately. The team is constantly finding themselves the center of the news cycle for good and bad. Like it or not, Taylor Swift keeps the Chiefs involved in a lot of news. That's the good.

The bad, and there is a lot more of it, seems to keep piling up. Recently, kicker Harrison Butker offered controversial comments at a commencement speech which has caused the NFL to distance themselves from the kicker. Second year wide receiver, Rashee Rice, has been at the center of attention following involvement in a hit-and-run which could result in legal issues along with a suspension this season.

The latest news happens to involve another wide receiver and his car. Xavier Worthy, the Chiefs' rookie receiver coming from the Texas Longhorns, has had his car stolen from his apartment.

The first round draft pick probably did not expect to be welcome to Kansas City by having to report his car stolen, but nonetheless, at least he is not the one to be facing legal issues in a negative way.

Worthy is a speedster from Texas that the Chiefs took with the No. 28 pick in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. He was expected to have a large role in the offense in 2024 and that may only continue to grow pending the outcome of Rashee Rice's legal issues at hand.
