JACKSON COUNTY, MI – A man accused of robbing several banks in Jackson while he was on parole for bank robbery has taken a plea deal. Thomas Carl Pryor Jr. pleaded no contest April 19 to one count each of armed robbery and bank robbery in return for prosecutors dismissing one additional count, court records show.

‘Walk, Roll and Stroll’ aims to keep Jackson active
JACKSON, MI - A popular annual program aiming to get Jacksonians on their feet will stroll back into local parks soon. Residents of all ages and fitness levels are once again invited to participate in the free “Walk, Roll and Stroll” series this spring and summer.
