Ask the Expert: How do big cities prepare for the Eclipse?

It's less than two weeks away now... the total eclipse of the sun that runs right over Texas. It's the first time we've seen a total eclipse in Texas since 1878 and we won't see another one in this country until 2044.

We've heard how a lot of Texas counties have declared disaster areas, because of all of the people coming into witness the totality of the eclipse.
Ennis is expecting a flood of visitors, 10 times the size of the city.

The city of Frisco is also in the path of totality for the solar eclipse, but it might be a little more prepared for the visitors.
