Last night, Texas Roadhouse in Garland, Texas, became more than a steakhouse as local law enforcement traded their patrol cars for serving trays at the "Tip-A-Cop" event. From 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, officers worked the floor and dished out meals for a good cause. The event announced by the Garland Police Department, aimed to raise funds for Special Olympics Texas.
