Richmond County man accused of ‘inappropriate contact’ with minor
MARSTON — A man is accused of having inappropriate relations with a child. According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, 27-year-old Mark Anthony Hutchinson, of Marston, has been charged following an investigation into allegations he had “had inappropriate contact” with a child 12 years old or younger.
